On a crisp January evening, the extended Soushine family came together for our largest annual gathering to date. This year's event was more than just a party; it was a celebration of our collective accomplishments, recognition of outstanding individuals, and a look at an exciting future.
The evening kicked off with our annual awards ceremony, where we recognized our employees who excelled in 2024. Twenty-three team members from different departments received well-deserved recognition, including:
Best Innovation Award: Best Innovation Award: to Engineer Jiang in R&D for his development of a new AI analytics platform.
Customer Champion: Cindy, Director of Sales, was honored for achieving 150% of her annual goal.
TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD Team Member of the Year: Michael Chen, Human Resources, was honored for his outstanding cross-functional collaboration.
Each winner received a customized trophy, a bonus check and an extra week of paid vacation. Standing ovations and emotional acceptance speeches reminded us why Soushine's culture is so special.

“Our success comes from our people,” emphasized the CEO. “As we grow, we will continue to work to foster the culture that makes Soushine unique.
After the formal program, the group moved on to food, drinks and dancing. Colleagues who normally communicate via email had face-to-face contact, new hires mingled with veterans, and everyone was proud to be part of the Soushine family.
As the last guests left, the excitement was palpable and the 2024 party was not only a look back at a successful year, but also the perfect launch for an even brighter future.
